23 February 2026 update: Detective Collins misjudged 35 seconds as 10 seconds

More amazing than the misjudgement, no lawyers for the US House Task Force asked if 10 seconds should have been...35 seconds, during which some action may have changed the outcome, which could have been better, or worse.
For example, if Collins had threatened Crooks, how would Maxwell and Baldy have reacted, 23 meters West of Crooks?
But, Collins should have fired some shots into the air, in my opinion.

21 February 2026 update: scene turns pink from Shot 1 muzzle flash

not enough pixels to see the gun barrel, but these pixelated images are from 2 consecutive frames, so 1/15th of 1 second of real time, from the 30 frame/second video. I can't see the rooftop turning pink anywhere else, can you?
Please don't tell me that Detective Collins couldn't/didn't see it!

19 February 2026 update:

These 4 frames
  1. Trump's bald shooter pulling the trigger
  2. muzzle flash, as the scene turns 'pink'
  3. gunsmoke, after Shot 1
  4. bald shooter adjusting to gun recoil, preparing for his 2nd shot, of 3 shots

Trump's bald shooter's trigger squeeze

muzzle flash after Trump's bald shooter's first shot

gunsmoke after Trump's bald shooter's first shot

Trump's bald shooter prepares for 2nd shot

In that 4th frame, the bald shooter's nose is at 960.5 pixels, in a 1920 pixel wide frame.
Could it be centered more than that?! I'm claiming that Detective Collins saw the muzzle flash, saw gunsmoke, and heard the shot there, where his bodycam lens(and his eyes) were aiming.
The 'lone gunman', Thomas Matthew Crooks, was 30° to Detective Collins' right!
Detective Collins was looking at the bald shooter, not at Crooks.

The rooftop shooting scene was recorded in 32 total frames.
This 34 frame video was made from 12 frames of the August 2024 original 'unstable' video, and 22 frames of the 'stabilized' video.
Obviously, the disadvantage of stabilization was loss of picture quality.
The 1st and last of 34 frames both really are the 2nd frame of the original 10 frames I used in April 2024, just because I wanted the video's 'thumbnail' and ending images to show that frame.

1.42 seconds,showing shots 1 and 2 gun recoil

03 January 2026 update:

Bodycam video of Detective Tyler Collins contains 61 1920x1080 pixel frames showing Trump's bald shooter.
In the 1920x1080 pixel frame below, the bald man's nose is at x,y coordinates 960,190
the bald man's ear is at x,y coordinates 962,189
and left side patch of hair is at x,y coordinates 961,188.
Detective Collins' head was at higher elevation than his bodycam's lens!
Did Detective Tyler Collins see the bald shooter, and muzzle flash, when Shot 1 was fired?

In this video, bald head rocks north and 'glows' at the 38 second mark, from muzzleflash.

The 1st of 3 shots was fired by a stocky balding man.
He escaped the AGR roof alive.

This is 1/3 second of real time, showing Shot 1, which hit President Donald John Trump's ear, and then continued 33 yards south to hit the upper left arm of James Copenhaver.
