The rail impact was 1/4 second before any audible gunshots.

The bullet is impacting the south bleacher back rail from Northeast...not from North, and the bullet

and his arm flips reflexively at least 8 frames after the suppressed shot rail impact. The rail impact was, no less than 270 milliseconds early, more than 1/4 second before any audible, supersonic gunshots.
Also, the bleacher back rail corner here is the southwest corner.
The back rail is on a line from northeast to southwest.
The main dustball of lead and zinc bounces up and moves southwest, from a bullet fired northeast.
A smaller dusball bounces laterally southwest, because the impact was close to the western edge of that bleacher rail.
The first 3 supersonic shots were from north, not from northeast.
The body of the corner man, in blue T Shirt, and red hat blocked shots from all northern angles.
The rail impact shot hit the rail behind the back of that corner man, which is another reason that shot couldn't have been fired from north.

Audio from @realdjstew724's phone certainly indicates multiple enemy shooters in trees.
The 2 secret service countersnipers on the South Barn were not "under fire", but the 2 secret service snipers on the North Barn certainly were 'under fire', for almost a minute before Trump's ear was shot.

Trump's North Barn secret service protectors were being shot at,
possibly to distract them, rather than to hit them.
The west side secret service policeman has never been interviewed, possibly because he was hit.

The Hercules2(East) countersniper's real problem was that he wasn't answering about supersonic gunshots. He was answering about the 24 or more subsonic suppressed gunshots.
